This site deals with the issue of why it is necessary and positive to keep the door open wide to the Norwegian workplace and how you can manage to do it. There are articles, presentations, films and overviews regarding how to proceed in a multicultural workplace.
“Mangfoldsportalen” is the initiative of a mixed working group appointed by political council for employment. The working group consists of representatives from the main organizations in the Norwegian workplace, as well as three ministries.
“Mangfoldsportalen” communicates with employers, employee representatives and those responsible for training and HR in businesses in both the public and private sector.
The Integration and Diversity Directorate (IMDi) has editorial responsibility for “Mangfoldsportalen.”
