Age

Both younger and older employees experience being excluded or overlooked because of their age.

Typical examples of differential treatment on grounds of age are: Job ads where they are looking for employees within a certain age group, giving notice to the oldest in a workplace and too low pay for young employees. Such differential treatment is illegal and the regulations related to this are in the Working Environment Act, Chapter13
