Facts about disabilities

One in five people in Norway has what is considered a disability.

Under half of all people with disabilities are working. One in two people with disabilities work part-time.

64 per cent of people with disabilities who have university or other third level education are working. Among the general working population the figure is 90 per cent.

Persons with disabilities are less likely to become managers and hold few board positions.
