Dismissal
The Ombud will in some cases dismiss a case – if the Ombud does not find grounds for further processing of the case.
For instance, if the discriminatory circumstances go way back in time or are of a very trivial nature, the Ombud finds no reason to process the case.
Dismissal can be appealed at the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Appeal Tribunal.
